Terms of Use

EduTrack DoTruong · Last updated May 25, 2026

This page explains what you agree to when you use EduTrack DoTruong. It’s written in plain English. If anything isn’t clear, email our contact form and we’ll explain.

1. Who we are

You’re dealing with EduTrack DoTruong. You can reach us at our contact form.

2. What EduTrack DoTruong offers

Personalised online language lessons, delivered as one-to-one sessions and small group classes.

You can book lessons, top up your lesson balance, and pay for sessions through our platform. Lessons are delivered online by your assigned teacher.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to open an account. If you are between 13 and 17, a parent or legal guardian should know you’re using EduTrack DoTruong, review these terms with you, and agree to them on your behalf — we rely on that consent to provide the service. One account per person. Keep your password secure — and tell us straight away at our contact form if you think it’s been compromised.

We take safeguarding seriously — see our Safeguarding Policy for how we protect students, especially under-18s.

4. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

Our Cancellation & rescheduling policy uses a hard cut-off of 24 hours before each lesson. In short:

  • Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your lesson — free, no charge.
  • Cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before — the lesson is treated as held and is still chargeable.
  • If you need to change or cancel within 24 hours, contact your teacher directly. They will accommodate if possible; if not, the lesson stands and is charged.
Heads up: cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the lesson are chargeable. That’s because your teacher has already blocked out the time.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles all of that. Top-ups to your EduTrack DoTruong lesson balance are non-refundable as a matter of course.

That said, if you change your mind, you can request a refund of unused balance in writing — email our contact form within 30 days of the top-up. We’ll refund the unused balance minus any Stripe transaction fees we can’t recover.

6. Refunds & cancellations by us

If we cancel a lesson — illness, emergency, a scheduling error on our side — you get a full refund back to your EduTrack DoTruong balance. No questions. We’ll also try to reschedule at a time that works for you.

7. Your conduct

When you use EduTrack DoTruong:

  • Be respectful to your teacher. Verbal abuse, harassment or discrimination ends the teaching relationship — and your balance is refunded.
  • Don’t share your account. Each account is for one person.
  • Don’t record, screenshot or distribute lessons, tests or teaching materials without your teacher’s consent.

8. Our content

Lesson plans, exercises, tests and other materials on EduTrack DoTruong belong to us (or our licensors). You’re welcome to use them for your own personal learning. You’re not allowed to republish, resell or distribute them without permission.

9. Availability

EduTrack DoTruong runs on a best-effort basis. We schedule routine maintenance in quiet hours where we can. For major outages or planned downtime we’ll email you at the address on your account.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduTrack DoTruong’s total liability to you in connection with your use of the service is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Important: nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law where you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time — the current “last updated” date is May 25, 2026. For significant changes, we’ll email you at the address on your account before they take effect. Continuing to use EduTrack DoTruong after the effective date of an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence — those rights always apply, regardless of this clause.

13. Contact
